Write to dimix@dimix.it and a real person will answer, usually within a couple of days. It helps if you say which device you are on and which version of the game — you'll find it at the bottom of the Options screen.
My record disappeared after updating to 3.0
That one is deliberate. Version 3.0 changed how the game scores and how fast it pushes, enough that old runs and new ones are not comparable. The leaderboard was wiped for everybody and local records went with it, so the new board starts level for everyone. Your coins, your themes and your streak were not touched.
My coins or themes are missing on another device
Coins, themes and streak travel through iCloud, so both devices need to be signed in to the same Apple ID with iCloud enabled for Bubble Runes (Settings → your name → iCloud). Sync is not instant: open the game, give it a moment with a working connection, and it will catch up. The equipped theme is deliberately not synced — it is a per-device preference, so each device keeps the look you chose there.
Worth knowing: with iCloud switched off, everything lives only on that device and is lost if you delete the app. Coins bought with real money are consumable items, which Apple's system cannot restore. If you have spent money in the game, keep iCloud on for it — it is the only backup that exists.
I bought coins and they never arrived
Reopen the game while online: unfinished transactions are picked up automatically at launch. If they still do not show up, send us the App Store receipt — Settings → your name → Media & Purchases → Purchase History, or the email Apple sent you — and we will sort it out. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; we cannot issue them ourselves.
Nothing I buy makes me better at the game — is that a bug?
No, that is the design. Coins buy themes and two small conveniences (a streak freeze and a mission reroll). There is nothing to buy that keeps you alive longer, and there never will be: it is what makes the leaderboard worth climbing.
My score is not on the leaderboard
Scores go to Game Center, so you need to be signed in (Settings → Game Center) before the run. Your score is submitted at game over, and Game Center keeps only your best — a lower run will not replace a higher one.
The game does not appear on my Apple Vision Pro / iPad
It is one purchase across iPhone, iPad and Apple Vision Pro. If it does not show up, look under "Purchased" in the App Store on that device while signed in to the same Apple ID.
I found a bug, or I have an idea
Both are welcome at dimix@dimix.it. For a bug, what helps most is: what you did, what happened, and a screenshot or a screen recording if you can catch it.
